“ERNIE” AT THE CITY OPERA HOUSE

“Ernie,” is the smash hit play about the Voice of Summer, Hall-of-Fame Broadcaster Ernie Harwell, written by award–winning author Mitch Albom. “Looong gone”, but never forgotten, the play recounts the life of the beloved Tigers announcer on his last night at Comerica Park, and features actual footage from historic baseball moments.
