You've heard me talking about being out of shape and needing to lose weight, but I don't usually share what my core issues are….and they are my core. I don't mind my thighs or even my butt, but I have a belly. I've struggled with that area for my whole life and even when I was in better shape I still had a gut.
Belly fat is the most dangerous fat to have. It increases your risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and sleep apnea just to name a few things. So how do you get rid of it? A diet high in lean protein and complex carbs like fruits and veggies is a must, but exercise is also key in losing that belly fat.
Cardio is great but here are some key exercises that will really help get rid of that pesky belly fat for good!
