Nighttime habits for health

The new year is here and if you're like me, you have vowed yet again to get healthy. We know what we have to do- eat healthier and exercise….so why does it seem easier for some people than others? 

Yes we are all created differently and some people just lose weight quicker than others or are "naturally thin" but there are some healthy habits that anyone can create to help with the "battle of the bulge".

One of the keys is organization. Preparing for a healthier lifestyle before you hit "go" is crucial. If you're scrambling to find your workout clothes or put together a healthy breakfast you will most likely fail.
