This time of the year almost everyone you run into is either sneezing, coughing or wiping their nose. My daughter Ella has been sick on and off all winter long. We've gone through colds, flu, stomach bugs and still have a lingering cough. It makes you wonder sometimes if it's an actual illness or possibly something else.
Today a fellow mom even posted on Facebook to ask about her son's cough and if it's linked to a dairy allergy. So when do you know if it's an allergy or an illness? So many symptoms are similar with colds, the flu and allergies. Runny nose, sneezing, coughing, etc. But there are some questions you can ask yourself to help narrow it down.
1. Are you achy?
2. Do you have a fever?
3. How long have symptoms lasted?
