I'm finding more and more that I have these moments….moments when I forget what I was saying, or I forget a word. I can rack my brain but for some reason the words I want to say just don't come to me. It's a big scary but I normally just blame it on "the mommy brain".
I'm sure it's happened to you as well and as much as I'd like to think I'm not getting any older, I AM! So how do we keep our brains sharp? What can we do to stop this from happening?
