Small steps with big results for the New year!

Every year I make the same resolution- get healthy! Not that I’m totally unhealthy but I could definitely use a tune up when it comes to eating and exercising. I struggle to carve out time to create good healthy meals. Exercise is very sporadic and my big excuse is always….I don’t have time. Of course its an excuse because I can always find time to watch my favorite show on tv or read a book. So maybe I’m biting off more than I can chew. Maybe it’s because I dive in and then expect instant results.
What if instead, I started doing a few small things to get myself on track? Maybe resolve to get 1/2 hour of extra sleep every night?
