Then wrap it up with a winter walk through outdoor art on Sunday!
Yeti Fest in Suttons Bay
January 28th, starting at 11am
Come out for a full day of events, including a Yeti Discovery program at the Suttons Bay Bingham District Library, a scavenger hunt hosted by local merchants, a free movie (“Frozen”) at the Bay Theatre, a chili cook off at Hop Lot Brewing company, a snowman building contest and more. Bearcub Outfitters Torchlight Snowshoe Demo
January 28th, 5-8pm, at Camp Daggett
Bring the whole family to experience the snowy trails lit by more than 100 torches, then warm up in the camp’s main lodge afterwards with cocoa and cookies in front of a crackling fire! This is the perfect chance to try snowshoeing, as they will be available for use in all sizes for all ages.  Admission is free but donations are encouraged. Learn more at www.campdaggett.org
“Company” at the Old Town Playhouse

A Winter New Moon and the Darkest Night of the Year
at the Headlands Dark Sky Park, Saturday, January 28th, 5-7pm

Sunday Snowshoe Hikes at the Michigan Legacy Art Park

These hikes have been going on all month long, but this Sunday is your last chance! Meet at the Michigan Legacy Art Park trailhead. Admission is $5 for adults, youth 17 and under free with a paying adult. More info at michlegacyartpark.org
