Getting Back on Track

It’s March 1st and it’s my first day back at the gym. It’s been a couple of years since I made a commitment to get healthier. There are so many reasons to do it- health, self esteem, weight loss, mood enhancement. The list goes on and on.
I sometimes think about where I would be now if I had not quit. Would I be where I wanted to be the last time I decided to commit? I’ll never know but what I can tell you is I learn a little bit about what to do and what not to do when it comes to getting back on track.
One of my biggest mistakes I’ve made is jumping in and overwhelming myself. When I decide to get healthy I immediately stop eating bad foods, cut out caffeine, exercise every day and surprise surprise- I end up quitting after two or three days. I get so overwhelmed with doing all of it at once I freak out!
So this time I decided to look to some experts when it comes to getting on track. If you’re like me you’ll love this list of 9 ways to get healthy habits back on track. The first one- Ease in 😉
