This year I have really been trying to be less stressed. I have suffered from anxiety for years and adding stress to it is never a good thing. The problem is- work has really been stressing me out lately! I don’t know if it’s just the time of the year, but everything just seems to be setting me off. I have been feeling frustrated and grumpy for a couple of weeks now, and I’m not sure how to snap out of it!
