Tour 5 different elegantly decorated homes in Alanson. Harbor Springs, Boyne City and East Jordan. Hours are Friday and Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Summer Star Party at Sleeping Bear Dunes, Saturday, June 23rd, 9pm
This will be an extraordinary opportunity to view the night sky with spectacular views of planets, galaxies, star clusters and other deep space objects. Park rangers and members of the Grand Traverse Astronomical Society will be on hand to answer questions and help you unravel some of the mysteries of the night sky. Visitors are encouraged to bring a red-filtered flashlight, binoculars, beach chairs or blankets and bug spray. The event will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather or heavy cloud cover.
