It’s here! Back to school time and with that all of the supplies that are needed. It’s hard to know how much is too much to spend when it comes to back to school, so here’s some info. from a recent survey on how much parents are spending. This of course doesn’t include the list of supplies that the classroom requests from each parent.
The seven big “back to school” expenses are:
New clothes- the average amount parents are spending is $189
Electronics- $186
New shoes- $95
Backpacks- $45
add in the school supply list and your spending another $50. The results are about $65 more than last year.
