From a unique parade to a bonfire, you’ll find lots of holiday fun this weekend.

It’s the last weekend before Christmas and there is so much to do to get into the spirit. From a unique parade to a visit with Santa, you can find fun for the whole family this weekend.
Adult Cocoa Crawl, Downtown Cheboygan, Friday, Dec 16, 6-8pm
Make plans with your friends to enjoy an evening on the town stopping at downtown bars & restaurants to try their “signature” cocoa cocktails! Enjoy entertainment, food & more during this festive holiday event.
 
Visit Santa in downtown TC, Dec 16, 5-8pm, Dec 17 and 18 noon til 3 and Dec 23 and 24  noon til 3pm
Come out and meet Santa at the new Civic Square space on the corner of Union and State street! Santa’s mailbox will also be outside the house, if you want to drop off any letters to him while you are there!
 
Christmas at the Market, Sat Dec 17, 9-1pm at the Harbor Springs Historical Society
The Harbor Springs Farmers Market and the Harbor Springs Area Historical Society are excited to present the Holiday Market at the History Museum this to stock up on local foods, gifts and artisan goods.
The Historical Society has take-and-make custom mug kits (cost – $8.00) and the Museum Store will be open with new items on display. Many of your favorite summer vendors will be there.
 
Community Bonfire for the Winter Sports Park, Sat Dec 17th, 4-7pm at the Backlot in Petoskey
Friends of the Winter Sports invites you to the Community Winter Bonfire! Come down to the Back Lot Petoskey on Saturday, December 17th from 4-7 PM to help raise money for the all-season pavilion in at the Winter Sports Park in Petoskey. The event includes a REAL winter bonfire! $1 for every beer poured on tap will go to the Winter Sports Park fund. There will be cool winter games, think a chance to score a goal by the food trucks, smores and a chance to win awesome prizes! The Winter Sports park will be giving away free vouchers for ice skate sharpening and Santa will be on hand for pictures with the whole family! Join in the fun and support a great cause! The 11th Annual Riggsville Redneck Christmas Parade, Dec 17, 7pm
Parade starts at the north end of Church Rd. at 7 pm and travels around the marked route. Church Rd. to Dotski Rd to S. Extension Road to Polish Line Rd.
Cheboygan MI
The parade proudly accepts and collects food donations for the St. Thomas Food Pantry.
They will also be collecting for the Coats for Kids program
