There’s a lot of ways to squeeze in some last minute Summer Fun this weekend!

The weather this weekend is supposed to be perfect-so I’ve put together a list of events that will help you make the most of it-all outdoors! Shop fabulous end-of-season deals in Glen Arbor, check out a selection of stunning classic cars in Boyne City, and shop a wide variety of arts & crafts in Alden. The streets of Traverse City will be filled with live music on Sunday, then on Monday, it’s time for the annual walk across the Mighty Mac!

Glen Arbor Sidewalk Sales
September 1st-4th
It’s a great excuse for a trip along M-22 this weekend! Head to the adorable town of Glen Arbor to shop for art, clothing, housewares, books, antiques and more! Downtown stores are putting amazing deals outside so you can stroll, shop, stop and dine, and shop some more!

Boyne City Kiwanis Labor Day Weekend Car Show
September 1st & 2nd
The fun begins with a special “Preview Night” during Stroll the Streets, then the official show is on Saturday at Veteran’s Park. Registration is at 8am, Showtime starts at 10am, and awards are presented at 3pm. For more info, click here.

Torch Lake Labor Day Arts & Crafts Show
September 2nd-4th, Alden Depot Park
Head to the peaceful town of Alden this weekend for unique shopping at Depot Park, featuring paintings, woodcrafts, candles and lotions, fiber art, ceramics, glassware and more!

All Call Music Festival
Sunday, September 3rd, 3-10pm, the Little Fleet, Traverse City
It’s a big weekend party in downtown TC! Two stages will host six bands & a DJ. There will also be food & beverages available for purchase.

Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk
Monday, September 4th, 7-11am
Start from either the north end of the bridge in St. Ignace or from the south end of the bridge in Mackinaw City. The governor’s party will start the walk. More details at mackinacbridge.org
