If you’re into boating, don’t miss the Nautical Thrift and Boat Sale, Saturday from 9-1pm at the Discovery Center in Traverse City. This sale has so many great boating items.  All sorts of nautical items, gear, & even boats on sale. Benefits Maritime Heritage Alliance, Schooner Madeline & Cutter Champion.

Get your friends and do some adult trick or treating at Witchin’ Night Out, Saturday from 4-8pm in downtown Gaylord. And if you want to get spooked… Fort Fright is Saturday night 6:30-8:30pm at Colonial Michilimackinac in Mackinaw City.  Lanterns light your way through an 18th-century fort & fur trading village overrun by werewolves, witches, goblins & ghouls. Storytellers share spooky folktales near bonfires & treats can be found throughout the site. Gates open at 6:30pm. Last admission at 8:30.

And Sunday, enjoy some fall fun with your dog. It’s Howl-O-Ween, Sunday from 1-4pm at Camp Daggett. Get ready for a spooktacular time at Howl-O-Ween, presented by Camp Daggett and the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society! Bring your family, friends, and pets for a fun-filled afternoon featuring a costume contest open to pets AND people, trick-or-treat scavenger hunt, tasty snacks, and the chance to meet adoptable pets.
