With our generous snow cover, snow shoeing is great right now. And what better way to enjoy an afternoon that with a snowshoe through the vineyard, and then a glass of wine or two? Most of the area vineyards offer snowshoeing, and many of them have special events on the weekend. Some vineyards to check out in the TC area include Black Star Farms, Big Little Wines and Shady Lane Cellar. In the Petoskey area visit  Pond Hill Farm, Boyne Valley Vineyards, Crooked Vine Winery and Mackinaw Trail Winery.

You can also be part of a great networking group too. Join Lite 96.3 and Northern Michigan Woman Magazine for snowshoeing at the winery, Saturday, January 18 from 10-2pm. .
