Have you been through this? You’re taking your dog for what is supposed to be a relaxing fun walk…. and then they see another dog. And either your dog or their dog goes berserk. What do you do? There is barking and pulling, the only way to make it stop is to get them going in a different direction. What causes it? Fear.
