Join the 9th annual ‘Breanna’s Ride’… Saturday, September 9th… to help raise funds for suicide prevention and mental health awareness.The off-road trail ride is ‘hippie themed’ this year… and begins at 9464 Mission road in Alanson.  Take your atv, utv, 4-wheeler, dirt bike, jeep or pickup. Check-in begins at 8:30 on the morning of September 9th  and the ride starts at 10.    Mud-pit estimated time is 2:30 to 3.   Tickets are just twenty-five dollars and Include ride, food, and fun.  Twelve and under are free.   Get yours online at breanna’sride.org.

Join the Great Start Parent Coalition and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources as we explore the Oden State Fish Hatchery and play together on Saturday from 10-11:30am.
Visitor Center interpreter Ms. Christine will lead us along the trails for a leisurely 1 mile hike (depending on how strong we feel that day!) over mostly paved and compacted surfaces while teaching us all about their fish! After our hike, stick around and share a snack and read a story with us. Bathrooms are on site and parent supervision is required.
This Family Adventure is an opportunity for children to get outside, get some energy out, and make new friends! It is also a chance for parents to connect to each other, learn more about resources in our community and find out ways to be more involved. Free
