Just because summer is over, doesn’t mean the farmers markets are over. The Indoor Market at the Mercato at the Villages of Grand Traverse is a great place to spend a Saturday morning. You’ll find farm fresh eggs, meats, cheeses, veggies and local fruits. Plus hand made artisan items like honey, jams, pickles, maple syrup and so much more. It’s every Saturday this winter, 10am-2pm.

And if you are searching for unique gifts, the Merry Market pop-up art market at Crooked Tree Arts Center in Traverse City is full of ideas. Some of the area’s most talented artisans will be selling everything from pottery to watercolors. It’s Saturday from 10-3pm.
