Maple Syrup Day

If you’ve ever wanted to see the process of making maple syrup, take a drive on to Hartwick Pines State Park near Grayling for Maple Syrup Day! Learn how to make maple syrup as the boil down the sap collected during the warm days of late winter and early spring. Tree tapping demonstrations will be 10:30, 11:30, 1:30, 2:30, & 3:30.
